Delays Posting Flights
Has anyone else noticed that it seems to take forever for flights to post to one's TrueBlue account? I just put an inquiry in about a flight that ended 20 days ago. Prior to doing a lot of flying this year, I commuted nearly every week on Acela between Boston and New York. Amtrak Guest rewards, with their truly rickety IT systems, seems to be about twice as fast as JetBlue.

YES! It normally takes about 6 days for my flights to post but I am still waiting on my April 9th flight (13 days now). I was told at some point by a TrueBlue rep that it can take up to 2 weeks for flights to post. I will call tomorrow if it still has not posted. I book everything on JetBlue.com and track everything with a spreadsheet so I don't miss any flights.

JetBlue is notoriously slow or inconsistent in anything having to do with IT, such as posting miles, getting boarding passes using their smartphone app despite successfully checking-in (the BPs magically appear, versus the cutesy "Oops!" message, after a few hours after checking in), having FAQs, content and links that communicate as they should, etc.
JetBlue is a great airline in terms of telephone support, ticket counter, gate, in-flight but . . . forget about a 20th-century IT platform. The airline is having too much fun with gimmicks to care about ordinary functionality. So, enjoy all that is good about B6 and just set your expectations low for timely posting of TrueBlue points, yet be sure to request after two weeks maximum. My flights usually take close to 10 days to post, on average -- much longer than the unacceptable 7 days claimed by B6.

FLIHGH, to answer your question, yes, my tickets are always associated with my TrueBlue # at time of booking. They show up in the iOS app when I log into my TrueBlue account, and I obtain and use electronic boarding passes.
BlaiseBOS, I think you are right. If Amtrak is lapping them, well, that says a lot.
I submitted inquiries for 4 separate flights today, each significantly beyond 10 days waiting.

Three weeks? I recently took a B6 hiatus for a month, but noticed that my flights from last week still haven't posted. Typically, it's taken about six days for it to happen.

I honestly didn't notice until I went through my flights and points at the end of the month. It may have been a one off for this particular case. The good thing is that B6 customer service is a pleasure to deal with in my experience. Had everything fixed up within about 15 minutes.

Good to know! I think I might be having the same issues: I received the email thanking me for the flight and saying points would be credited today. Normally, points are posted within hours of the email. Still nothing. I'm wondering if they're running a software update. I should hope that's the case as the it issues with the website, app, points etc are really, well, not ideal.

They've been on a decline recently. I can only hope it's due to a needed software update. I always just go to the phone. It's never a long wait, although I do have Mosaic status so I guess I'm at the front of the line.

Points still haven't posted from last week, so I guess the Mosaic line will be getting another call about this. I'm glad the itineraries are saved in my calendar since the App doesn't retain them, despite this up-date stating that it would do so.
Come on B6! You never seem to have 'i.t. issues' with your on-board purchase credit card readers, how about the same consistency for web and apps!

I just spoke with the B6 Mosaic line, or a general agent as I don't think they're dedicated to Mosaic exclusively, and they did confirm that there is a software update occurring. According, to the agent, if your points don't post within 2 weeks, you should call to claim credit. Despite asking when the upgrades would be completed, no date was offered.

Same Issue With Long Delays to Post Flights
I am having the same issue where lately it is taking 7/14/more days for flights to post to my account. The last flight posted is at the end of March, and I've taken several flights in April. I am going to have to review all my passbook boarding passes and cross reference my hotel stays to see which flights may be missing and which ones may need to be manually requested.
I've also found if you do especially more than 1 same day change it appears that multiple reissues of the ticket can delay the posting of points.
I wish the points posted within a couple of days at a maximum of the flight date.
I've also noticed that JetBlue IT is pretty flaky. Check in has improved now that they got rid of flash but the system can still hiccup if you do a same day change and the app keeps your earlier flight. The one thing that seems to work really well with JetBlue IT is the travel bank I've found its accurate & it updates in real time. Its also easier than Southwest where you have to keep track of each PNR that has a credit associated with it.

Getting Worse
My last flight posted on the 14th day. I flew 7 days ago and am still waiting for that one. They are absolutely getting worse so I suggest that everyone start tracking their flights since it's easy to lose track. Also, don't bother calling until the 15th day because they won't add it manually until then.
I flew with Southwest for the first time on the 19th. I logged into their system on the 22nd to check something and was shocked to see that the flight was posted. I wasn't expecting points as I am way too accustomed to TrueBlue slowness. I'm not sure when I was awarded the points (could have been before the 22nd), but I can't believe Southwest can do it so much faster.
