Nonrefundability of Even Morr Space?

Sorry if his has already been asked. Last week i bought a fully refundable roundtrip Boston- vegas ticket. My plans changed and i applied for a refund in the form of credit. However, my two $85 EMS upgrade fees were not refunded. Is that company policy? Can i not recover this money? If so, how can the ticket be marketed as fully refundable?

They should be refunded. Whenever I have canceled my flights I have got them refunded. You should call JetBlue (after the storm) and have them look into it.
