Seat Selection
I can now see the available seats when looking at the different flights, as compared to having to do a booking to see the seat maps. Good job B6 getting this out.

Not really. Some seats may be blocked, e.g., in case they are needed by passengers with disabilities or special needs. So they may not be able to assign you a particular seat, even if the number of passengers ticketed is no more than the number of seats on the plane.

Yes. JetBlue does not overbook. IDB'd passengers are compensated $1300, so I'd say that it happens once every few blue moons.
As with all other airlines, this does not include standby passengers. Standby passengers do not count as booked on the flight until they are assigned a seat. If there's no room, then they are not booked. Ticketed passengers without seats are processed and assigned seats at the gate before standby passengers.
