Error message when trying to assign seats
Hi folks,
I keep getting an error message as follows " Oops! Try again.
The page you requested appears to be experiencing technical difficulties.
Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser and click "Search Again" to refresh the page. To learn how to enable cookies, click here.
If the issue continues, please report it here. We apologize for the inconvenience."
That happens every time,I am trying to book an even more space seat.
I get to see the seats available, put myself and another into them and then when I submit,I get the above instead of a payment option
Why would this be? (cookies are enabled)
I clicked on the link and reported the problem twice, today and last week.
That report option does not give you the option to leave a contact email.
Thank you for any answers.

Thanks.I booked on aa.com.I raised a query with them and they gave me the b6 pnr ,which allowed me to do what I've described above.
I've now raised an email query with b6.
There is a 1800 Irish number for b6 that won't work on a cell.I'll try that on a land line if that's what b6 suggest when they reply.

By way of an update to this.
It was all sorted with a phone call.
If you book on any site other than JetBlue.com,the systems wont let you buy an Ems seat, you must call B6.
