How full are the JFK-STI flights

How full are the JFK-STI flights
I'm going to have a semi tight connection at JFK and am concerned I'll miss a Monday 9:19am JFK-STI flight, which means I'd be wait listed for the 12:36 flight.
Wonder if these flights are often full or if it's "really not a problem" ?

9.19 am flight
I don't see a 9.19 am flight from JFK to STI for next monday. What you may wish to do is try to book 5 seats on the jetblue.com website for the 12pm flight . If it lets you book those seats then you should be fine as B6 does not oversell their flights .
