ryokan in Miyagi prefecture?
Looking for some advise from fellow Japan travelling FT member on a nice traditional ryokan in Miyagi prefecture.
Will make a 1 night stop there on business end of August, visiting Sendai, Ishinomaki and Matsushima.
Any tips for a nice ryokan experience in this area would be greatly appreciated.

Japanese Guest Houses
Suggest you check out Japanese Guest Houses - a Japanese-based service that gives information about and assists with reservations for ryokan all over Japan (no cost to you). We have used them a number of times, and it's been very helpful with the ryokans being as described. We even had them help us make a reservation with a ryokan that wasn't listed! Here is a link:
