Time needed for security/customs flying from HND

We will be cruising into Yokohoma and flying out of Tokyo Haneda after staying in Shinjuku for 3 nights. Our plans are to take the Limousine Bus to Haneda. I'm trying to figure out how much time is necessary for Check in/Security/Customs prior to our flight so I can calculate what bus we should take. We are flying Delta Business Class. Do they offer a Priority line? Since we aren't flying into Haneda I don't have a way to guage this. Is the airport busy? I found good information for the check in/ Security/ Customs process but not as much detail as I'd like to have.

Thank you

Haneda is still suffering from the post-COVID "Hangover" -- they don't have enough employees and they have half the security lines open versus pre-COVID... The priority lines have not yet reopened and the lines to get through security are quite long (by Japanese standards) -- on average over the past year it takes us from 30-60 minutes to get through at the time you will be traveling (in the past it was never more than 10). We have shifted a lot of our flying to NRT because of this but just allow yourself extra time and there will be no issues.... Take one bus earlier and don't worry about it....

There is a priority line for first/business at HND. In J on DL you'll get that. Usually I'm through in about 5-10 minutes if I forget to take off my belt (metal detector has been hit or miss). Immigration has been smile for the camera and get waved through by the desk. No more than 15-20 minutes from leaving the check in desk to into the concourse. Experience the last couple of times have been DL, JL and AA. I haven't been though HND on UA or NH since before COVID/Security Remodel so I can't speak to that side.

Thank you all for the responses. I'm glad to hear that the priority lane is open. We usually give ourselves plenty of time traveling but having never traveled on the Limousine Bus or through Haneda I'm dumbfounded on expectations. I don't find as much information here for Haneda as I do for other International Airports, so I appreciate your help!

I was there around 22:30 on Sunday, and it was not open. Though the line moved quite decently so not a problem.

What time is your flight as far as I have been able to ascertain its only up until around 10 am that there are long queues.

It is indeed open again, but just to be clear for others reading this thread it is only for business and first class passengers. Status does not afford access so a bit different from other airport "priority" channels.

It took me about 30 minutes to get through earlier this week, most of that time was spent at security because passengers were setting off the metal detectors and getting patted down.

As note multiple times above the priority line is only for business and first no status. I'd tend to believe that it gets shut down when there isn't a lot of demand. I've had it every time starting around 3pm when most of the international flights start checking in and it wouldn't surprise me that they close it down when things slow down later in the evening. I had to go get something around noon from there and it really wasn't needed since there almost nobody heading through Security and Customs.

Side observation: When I've been in Premium Economy I've had to go through the normal line (luckily with Face Connect) and the staff sorting people to the various Security lines told me to head down to the one for the priority line.

My last couple of flights from HND have been leaving in the 4:00-4:30pm range. I usually get to the airport around 1:30-2:00pm and I'm usually in the lounge in about 20-25 minutes after I get in line at the airline counter (AA, DL, and JAL). Most of the variation is the pat down rate at the metal detector and the relatively long walk to the Delta SkyClub.
