HND Security Queues
I went out on 11th April and security lines were crazy, almost 2 hours to get through.
Anyone any recent experience , I have another trip next week. Also any word on when the priority lanes will re open ?

Was referring to the master sticky thread - Master Thread - but there is also a HND thread -- but primarily for arrivals not departures.... This is where I've been updating our wait times monthly -- for my (Japanese) wife arrivals are simple -- my Japanese TTP is STILL pending so I'm stuck back in the normal lanes -- and last week was quick but previously was long.... Departures have been getting worse for us and we tried NRT a few times -- was better than HND. We leave on Monday from HND -- will update you once we've gone through -- but as of a few weeks back still no fast track -- but I've seen reports of it being open during peak time -- so hopefully things are getting back to normal....

I departed via HND in mid April also, the queues were crazy but there was a fast track option which required pre-registering using some digital terminals behind the JAL F check-in area.
We weren't proactively told about it when checking in at the JAL F counter (OWE travelling JL J) but only mentioned after we asked if there was any sort of priority available.
I'm not sure if the digital terminal supported all passports & airlines, but in any case it helped us skip a 1000+ person queue and hop into a line that was max 30 people long.

I flew in and out of HND both domestic and international numerous times end of last month and during golden week and it was nowhere close to what OP has noted. Are you sure it was HND? On two occasions I was less than 30 minutes to my flight and had no issue with the security line in T1 domestic.

Currently at HND - security is awful as expected - no priority lines only face line - been in line for 30 minutes.

The facial recognition line was empty -- we may sign up for that if this doesn't get back to normal soon. On the flip side -- we flew domestically from Haneda last week and there was no wait....
