Cooking class in Okinawa?
I'll be spending a few days in Okinawa. I've wanted to visit the island for years, ever since reading The Blue Zone. (The book discusses the longest living people in the world, those living on Okinawa.)
I'm interested in going to a cooking class while there. I found several searching online, but I'm interested to know if anyone here has personal feedback.

People from other parts of Japan have overtaken them.

I understand that there have been locally led promotions in different prefectures to tweak and change traditional diets (less salt is an example) and lifespans are extending throughout Japan as a result - particularly with regards to Japanese Men.
