Yes and no...
Yes i show it on the entrance an get a local "card".
In Germany its a oneway Plasticcard (the stupid german Print for an 10Min Shopping Tour an Plastic card?!) and in some other Country just a sheet with an Barcode and the Information from the User.

They'll do that? That would've been nice to know last time I went to Japan. I bought quite a bit of stuff and remember being told no, that wasn't an option. Then again, that was Amagasaki, which is a bit far from KIX.

Shipping companies require more time in order to deliver to an airport than is required for a hotel delivery. At least two days before is usual, but can be more time still if there is a lot of distance involved.
