JAL management booking not working

JAL MANAGE BOOKING not working

Hello

The International flights Manage Booking function doesn’t appear to be working properly. I have BA issued tickets and using the 6 alphanumeric code, it loads up extremely limited information. EG only my name. It doesn’t show any flight information or seat information. Previously I’ve been able to at least select seats through JAL’s website.
Anyone else experienced similar issues?

is the flight ticketed, and are the flights on JAL numbers?
If code-share BA numbers, then they may not load correctly.
Try selecting seats on the Qatar Airways website using the BA PNR.
Also, tripple check that all segments are "OK to fly".

yes, I got the same problem. two tickets issue by BA on the same fly. One can work, another can't
