Jal non allowing redemption on LatAm Brazil flights
Hi,
anyone managed to redeem flights for LatAm flights with a JJ code? (ex Tam Brazil).
Agents saying they can only redeem on LA coded flights.

There are no JJ flights anymore. Everything has been changed to LA.
