Hello everyone,

I booked the flight for X-mas on flighthub website about 2 months ago until now I just realize that it’s wrong order. Because my Passport dislays Nguyen/Ngoc Kim Chi, however, the e-ticket shows Chi Ngoc Kim Nguyen. Therefore, I called flighthub customer service a million times and I receive their answers that they couldn’t do anything for me except cancellation and rebook a new one ( I have to pay $300 more ). I don’t think it’s reasonable so I come here to ask for help about my situation.

My flight is from Winnipeg > Vancouver > Japan and VietNam . From Dec 15 to Jan 7

If JLwill be fine with my problem so I think Wj is not a big da for me, I hope. Some ppl said that my full name is 1 2 3 4, but my flight ticket is 1 4 2 3.

My ticket is booked by marriage name and my passport was maiden name. Traveling Europe and Japan for countless times by this way for past 10 years mainly by NH, LH, UA and JL. I use drivers license (married name that matches with BP) for domestic connecting flight for TSA. UA occasionally asked me to show my passport for international connecting flight, show my maiden name passport, no issue until recently.

Usually NH/JL found about ticket/passport name mismatch at their check-in counter, then I show US permanent resident card (by marriage name), everything is fine.

This January I show my passport at UA check-in counter as usual, then they refused to issue BP due to last name passport/ticket mismatch. I was surprised because I took same flight combination to Tokyo few weeks before, UA check-in counter take a look my passport and they didn't bother.
