JAL refund time?

JAL refund time?
Can anyone comment on how long JAL takes to process refunds booked direct?
In the past I've cancelled JAL tickets booked via OTA and been refunded in 3-5 days.
In this case I booked direct and have not been refunded in 14 days. The JAL agent insists it will take 1-2 months for the refund to post and that the refund process is different for OTAs, does anyone know how long it will actually take or how I might expedite it?

Thanks JALPak, quite annoying.
Btw, just asked a friend of mine who also booked direct on JAL one week after me and their refund posted ~48 hours later.
