Agree. The JAL flights to HKG are always very full with lots of business travellers. I wonder if JAL will introduce 77W with first class to HKG.

I doubt it. It is a very short route for F. Also, they would need to remove F from somewhere else, the 77W are fairly well used at the moment.

They did it back then with 744 SKY SLEEPER. It was the last remaining regional F flight (before F was introduced on CGK with 777-300ER). There was a month or so JL used SS7 on HND-HKG last year without cutting other flights. If JL can spare an extra SS7 for seasonal F service to HNL, HKG shouldn't be an issue. But whether demand is there is a different story. F service got discontinued for a reason

It just seems weird to me that JAL only has 2 daily flights from Tokyo to Hong Kong, both flights being very full daily with lots of business travellers. Not to mention JAL has quite a number of Hong Kong base crews.

An AMS-NRT route would be great. Being a KLM fortress, I would definitely appreciate some more oneworld airlines (and competition) flying into AMS!

Any rumors on aircraft orders? JAL may need to place more B787 or A350 orders to support expansion. 73H replacement also will come up soon.

It might be difficult to find open deliveries for either the 787 or A350 short notice. But maybe they can find some 77W, there seems to be a lull in interest in them at the moment.

They still have options I believe. But I guess they will need to get those before 2020?

I thought JAL had ordered over 30 A350 around 2 years ago. 77W wold be a good option, if they can find routes that can carry F class, as their LH 77W are all fitted with F class.

Those are replacements for the existing 777 fleet.
