Sure, and as my family used to own one of the oldest publishing houses of te South of Italy, it could very well be that the addition of Cynar to the recipe could have been last minute before publication. Still the only fix date you have is 1979 and that would make it 45+ years at best

I’m having trouble believing that it took ordinary Venetians over 20 years to work out that they could drink Cynar in this peculiarly Veneto style.

Can anyone recommend a bacaro tour? Would like to avoid tourist traps. Would it be good to do this tour during the day and then have a proper dinner or do the bacaro tour for dinner?
