The PC system does not stop you registering for old promotions, probably because no-one ever assumed that anyone would try to register for a promotion months or years after it was officially run!

Well, I like how the ICH 3 for 2 promo is more like buy 2 and get 1 at 75% off. Looking at the Strings in Tokyo, the only rate it gives you with that promo is 34k yen for a King Deluxe room, but if you use the normal rates, the same King Deluxe room is 30k yen per night. So basically, they raise the rate 3k yen per night with the 3for2 promo, so you only save about 24k yen instead of a full free 30k night. Better than nothing but....

There are many ways to know when a promo is old.
1. Would be the terms and conditions you receive in the e-mail from PC telling you about the promo.
2. My favorite being: document when you register for them.

I don't know. I would guess that you would need to stay at, at least 3 of the following hotels within a specified period of time:
HI Express, HI, Crowne, Indigo, or IC.
As to the timeframe, you probably have until March to complete?????
