IC Mark Hopkins - Is the junior suite worth losing a bed?
I have an interesting dilemma:
I recently joined Ambassador and am about to confirm a stay at the Mark Hopkins from June 2 to June 6. I've booked a deluxe room with 2 double beds (my brother and I are staying the same room).
I called up reservations and they say that the usual upgrade is to a Junior or Studio suite, not a floor with Club Access, but these suites tend to have only one king bed. That said, if you were in the situation:
Would you go with the suite + a rollaway, or just drop down one level and pocket the remainder (probably about $70). Any other suggestions as well? Thanks for your help!
