Well,to me it's the same as a straight-forward cash transaction, which is strictly againt the TOS of C.C. - but what annoys me most about it, is that this is completely avoidable through a simple understanding & communication between the 2 parties concerned, which as fellow RA's & FT'ers should be possible - how much is 100,000 pts to transfer anyways, $500? eeks.

If it was a fixed rate, then fine - but a $500 admin. charge is ridiculous.
