I can confirm these two based off recent points/certs stays in late Dec 2023 and mid-Jan 2024, respectively.
Also, I called the Hotel Indigo Lower East Side today and was basically told that it depends on the manager on duty. That's too bad b/c I liked my one stay there a couple years ago.

I was thinking of staying here a couple of months ago. I emailed them to ask if the fee would be waived for award stays & they confirmed that it would not be.
