Who the heck is Eric? - diamond line
I've called the Diamond line from three different phone numbers, including two not on my profile, and every time it answers "Thanks for being a club member Eric."
This happening to everyone?

I remember in the past, there was a "remember me" function. If you called from a registered phone number, you would not need to answer all the security questions and would get the greeting. I used to get it. Maybe the system has a bug now with the new diamond line.
