When I click the login-in link, nothing would happen.

I just attempted to log in and was able to. Try again, may have been a glitch. Or call and see if there is an issue with your account

IHG lets me login, it lets me choose a hotel and a room using my free night certificate, but when it should show me the page where I enter credit card information, it takes me back to the login page. If I was in the business of getting people to give me money on a web site, I would make it easy for people to give me money at my web site--and making it easy for people to redeem offers that I gave them would be part of the cost of doing business.

I've made several bookings over the last few days, both using the app and on the website to use my Ambassador BOGO cert and had no issues at all. This was on Android 12 and Chrome on Win 11.

Maybe your issue is a local one with your system?

Maybe. But 15 minutes earlier, I had made a reservation as I have made reservations in the past, and 90 minutes later, with no action on anything computer-related in my house, I was able to complete a reservation just as I did 15 minutes before the problem that prompted my post. What issue initiates itself and then clears itself with nothing but passage of time?

The log-in page just "hangs" when I try to login. This is on a windows computer. Just successfully logged in on my iPad.

As noted by at least one other poster, when they switched to a phone that wasn't connected via WiFi, they could access the site.
