In any event I don't see how that could possibly make any difference. The IHG web server has no way of determining the type of connection at the client end, and my browser & OS don't behave differently based on whether I'm connected via WiFi, cellular, or hardline.
It's entirely possible for the network environment to be totally different dependent on the interface being used.
