It's impossible for me to log in on a laptop with FF, but I can do so on a phone on the same wifi network with FF.

Someone on Headforpoints posted the same thing back in August:
When I try to log in, the sign in window just keeps spinning and nothing happens. This happens in chrome, incognito chrome, firefox and opera. It seems like its not getting access to the login server as inspecting the connection attempt shows a 403 error when it tries to connect to http://identity.ihg.com/accounts.login that says access denied.If I try to log in via chrome browser on the mobile, it does the same but if I login using firefox on the mobile, it works.
