IHG Spire Elite Requalification

Hey Folks,

Dumb question here but I was unsure of the terms for requalification for Spire Elite and I was hopping someone could clarify. Is it 75 nights or 75k Qualifying points or is 75 nights AND 75k qualifying points.

75 nights OR 75k in points, no need to both.
