How long for various partner bonuses to post?
I have waited over a month for
1) USA today (5,000)
2) Credit card (19,000)
3) Earthlink (5,000)
Any ideas for how long these usually take?

FirstUSA Visa bonus was posted after 2 to 3 weeks. The monthly points are posted very quickly; they are called "bonus" on the statement.
The bonus from Netbank did post only after I had some e-mails going to HI.
