Week 5 just popped up but it's 12:03 am here in Orlando so off to bed, The volcanoe route is it (sorry, forgot to quote the post)! Off the top of my head either Iceland, Hawaii, Japan (Italy?) or somewhere along the "Ring of Fire"- look for active volcanoes; I noticed the photo is from the clouds so it could be a very tall volcanoe? or an image that will change on day 2. I'll check back in the morning, good night all....

All I see in the activescript is day1_fla, but that could just be my decompiler.

I wonder whether "active both day and night" is a double entendre? The picture seems fairly obviously to be a volcano, since it's missing its top. I wonder whether there's some additional meaning to the clue.

I suggested Masaya Volcano National Park in Nicaragua because they do tours of the volcano at night . Thought that might be a double play on words. Been reading the posts since week 2 and decided to join in =)

I'm having a hard time really seeing the volcano but it looks a little like this picture of Java Island in Indonesia. To me some of the plant life also looks similar.

Active day & night - could it be something like a geyser or hot springs? The volcano almost seems too obvious for it to be that!

Arenal has a much more "pointy" top than the one in the picture. Actually the top of Arenal has 2 points - the higher one being more "pointy".
Google the images of Arenal also cannot find a picture can be taken from the angle as in the game. But then again we dont know if the game picture is a composite picture like in the past weeks.

I think that's a really good early guess. They do day and night tours, and also Arenal seems to have mossy green near its base like the picture, although the plateau on the picture looks a bit flatter than pictures I'm finding of arenal.

Looks like Stromboli.
