Question

Hi.

I am experiencing a different problem....and nobody seems to know whats up.

On May 25 I made a reservation for the "Express by Holiday Inn Rome East" and this reservation vanished a few days ago from the my reservations page. I can only see the reservation number and the status "confirmed" and nothing else.

I clicked on the link of the hotel in my reservation email and I only get the message :
"An invalid Hotel Mnemonic was provided. Please check the code and try again. Contact your nearest reservation office for assistance."

I than looked for the hotel on other pages and the hotel is not bookable anywhere at the moment.

After that I called up the reservation department and they told me, that they can not see the reservation or find the hotel too.

So now I am wondering if the hotel is still existing ?! I wrote an email to the priorityclub customer support 4 days ago, but still no answer.

Does anybody know if that hotel does still exist ?? Maybe it was sold and is no longer a IHG Property ?! Or maybe it is only a technical problem - but how can a hotel survive without a possibility to book it online for over a week now ?

Greetings

Hello,
does anybody else has problems when logging into the side? Always getting a plane white side and not the login?

I've been trying log in for the past 45 minutes with no luck. The home page appears (www.priorityclub.com), but logging in with a correct or incorrect password just displays a blank page.

If you go in from holidayinn.com, you should be able to get to all of your acct info.
