Sorry, I am getting up there in the years and can not understand how to navigate this forum. I can't find how to get to the American Airlines part of the message board. Is there a more user friendly version? Or a link for instructions?

Are you accessing FlyerTalk on a computer, or on a smartphone?

Are you looking at FT with a phone or laptop/desktop?
