New Here (DFW-AKL-CHC, with ALK-CHC on JQ)

My question is, where can I ask a question about the service between American Airlines and JetStar in New Zealand. I booked from Dallas to Christchurch via Auckland. American gets me to Auckland and they arranged JetStar to Christchurch. There are some problems with the booking. I don't want to post in the wrong forum. Thanks

As ticket issued by AA have asked moderator to move to the AA forum.
Please do not post a new thread in that forum.

What is the problem?
DFW-AKL-CHC all on 1 PNR/ticket?
At AKL you have to process immigration, customs and bio security with all your carry on and checked bags. Then walk or take the free bus to the domestic terminal.
Jetstar carry on baggage is not what is common with USA airlines. Read the JQ rules. As JQ is not a oneworld airline status mean nothing.

Thank you for your reply. I am getting up there in the years and was not sure if it was correct to ask my question in this part of the forum. I am not checking luggage, but thank you for the information. I will just call JetStar in New Zealand.

What is the question?
Checked - carry on baggage. Check carefully, Unlikely you will allowed to take on what people in USA often carry on. JQ can weigh luggage at the gate. Pay now for checked bags if needed.
