SFO-SEZ-ATH-SFO or SFO-ATH-SEZ-SFO, QR/AF through AA/Alaska?

SFO-SEZ-ATH-SFO or SFO-ATH-SEZ-SFO, QR/AF through AA/Alaska?
I must go from SFO to Greece and Seychelles, Maldives, on one or two trips.
I am thinking Greece/Seychelles on one and Maldives on another from SFO.
Part 1
SFO-DOH-SEZ is 42500+150USD on QA website.
SFO-SEA-DOH-SEZ is 40000+57.80USD but has two stops on AA. I don't see any business.
SFO-DOH-SEZ on QA website seems much more straightforward.
Part 2
SEZ-DOH-ATH is 27500+99.70USD on ECONOMY, 55000+99.70USD on BUSINESS on QR through Alaskan Miles.
I'd probably do economy given the flights are less than 6 hours.
Part 3
ATH-CDG-SFO is 27500+156.50USD on ECONOMY, or 67500+318.10USD on BUSINESS on AF.
Maybe the business class here given that there is often transfer discounts and that the CDG-SFO flight is 12 hours.
If I do economy on part 1, 2 and business on 3, it would total to 137500+567.8USD, which is good I think.. not the screaming deal though.
My questions are
1) Any cheaper way to do Q suites, part 2 is a cheaper one but its only 5 hours..
2) Any other routes I am missing?
