Lost bag question
I booked a trip to Japan on Aircanda who due to aircraft malfunction they rebooked me on u tied/ANA flight but they had my bags locked in that aircraft and I stayed 3 days in Japan with no bags not even my carry on since it was a small aircraft they took it from me in the door.
I had to spend almost 200$ on basic stuff and cloth so I wont ruin my trip.
now I am
back and kept my receipts but AirCanada said I should ask ANA for reimbursement since ethers were the ones who lost my bag.
ANA said they never received my bags from Aircanda and now no one is paying me back.
Any idea on the what should be my next move ?
thanks

Did you ever get your bags back? If so, where, when, and from whom?
Edited to add: And a belated welcome to FlyerTalk!

If ANA delivered your bags late, then you should push back against ANA. If they delivered the bags, then they obviously did get them from AC -- albeit late. Why the bags got to ANA late is ANA's problem, not the passenger's.
By the way, did you happen to purchase the ticket with a credit card that provides baggage-delay insurance?
