If ANA delivered your bags late, then you should push back against ANA. If they delivered the bags, then they obviously did get them from AC -- albeit late. Why the bags got to ANA late is ANA's problem, not the passenger's.
By the way, did you happen to purchase the ticket with a credit card that provides baggage-delay insurance?
I purchased the bag via AMEX blue not sure if I have baggage delay insurance on ot , where should I look for that ?
