Who's in charge of passenger complaints at airlines?
Hi I'm doing some research. What is the title of the person in charge of passenger complaints at each airline? What most concerns them? What information are they not gathering that they wish they had?

This sounds more like wanting someone else to do your research for you for free. Have you tried calling the airlines and asking?
