Which airlines offer the easiest refundable fare cancellations? Eg online w/o calling
Which airline(s) offer the simplest, easiest, least hassle online cancellation/refund for refundable first class fares? Don't want to deal with calling agents and waiting on phone. Want it all to be digital and easy with a quick refund to my card if needed.

How long is a piece of string? What fare class are you booking? What country are you in/flying to? Are you talking about a Lufthansa first class flight from Frankfurt to Tokio costing EUR 32,000 or a flight from Buffalo to Newark in a regional jet? Your question really cannot be answered in isolation.

Delta is pretty fast.
Our corporate international fares are refundable and whenever I've needed to cancel I just press the cancel button on DL.com and then you just have to copy the ticket number into the refund request page and it gets things in motion.
I don't bother calling Delta or our corporate TA
