Hi all,

I am worrying a lot since today when I do online check in Lufthansa flights (2 stops) to Canada I was prompted a small window saying "Visa required".

I am holding a valid Canada PR card and will fly to Canada (go home after a short conference in Italy) from Naples. Today I tried to do OLCI and this is my first time doing this. In the process, I filled in everything (passport info) and I was requested the PR card info. I did that but a while after clicking CONFIRM button, the "Visa requested" small window came up. The process seems not be successful and no printing the boarding pass.

I am very worry now. Does anyone here experieced this? Or could explained me what is the problem?

I am sure my PR card is valid since I renewed it last year. After renewal, I used it for enter Canada from US by road.
