Sharing Premium Seat

I found some old topics in retired Continental threads but I'm wondering about the idea of sharing a J seat on a transatlantic flight. Specifically, there is only one available which is direct aisle access. By share only talking about a change half way through, not musical chairs. Just curious about the concept.

Most airlines are not supportive of this idea, AFAIK. It's always possible a sympathetic cabin crew might allow it, but I'd not count on it.

What carrier? Which direction? Is this F or J? Or perhaps PE?

Expect a no, but there might be some tolerance depending on specifics.

The answer should be: no.

No.

Doesn't mean that you can't ask once onboard, but expect a "no".
