Priority Pass question
So, I have an elite Priority Pass that I paid for (Ł259 per year) and decided to guest 2 of my colleagues into the lounge today as our flight is delayed. It's the Aviator lounge at CPH.
My priority pass details say I can guest people in for Ł15 per head rather than the full price amount. However today when I tried to do this... The lounge dragons said that a note was simply made on my account and that they do not take payment...?
Does this sound right? I don't want them to just randomly charge my personal card for this. I wanted my colleagues to put their guest fees on their corporate cards but evidently that wasn't doable.
Is this normal procedure? Are Priorty Pass going to send me a bill for the 2 guests...?

From my experience (US based program) that is how it works. The member's card gets charged for the guests not the guests paying the lounge directly.

I believe you will be billed:
https://www.prioritypass.com/en/conditions-of-use
and
https://www.prioritypass.com/en/conditions-of-use
Lounge visits are subject to a per person per visit charge. Where applicable (dependent upon membership plan), all such visits, including those by accompanying guests, shall be debited to the cardholder's payment card by (i) Priority Pass or (ii) the card issuer as per the rates and terms notified by (i) Priority Pass or (ii) the card issuer to the cardholder in respect of their Priority Pass membership.
When presenting the Priority Pass card on entering the lounge, lounge staff will either electronically scan or take an imprint of the card and issue a ‘Record of Visit’ voucher to the cardholder or make a log entry. The cardholder must sign the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher, or sign the electronic reader (as applicable), which will also reflect the exact number of accompanying guests, if any, but does not show any per person per visit charge. The charge per visit for the cardholder, where relevant, and that for any guests will be based on the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher/ log submitted by the lounge operator.

My experience
In my experience, PP always charged you. I have not guessed someone in since the electronic system came in but the old paper based system had a square for the lounge to add the number of guests.
PP would clearly prefer to have you in under them as it is more revenue/income for them. The lounge would clearly prefer you to pay more, and in some cases the differences can a significant % difference.

PP will bill the credit card associated with your account for the guest fees. Your guests cannot pay themselves, either with their own credit cards or with cash. AFAIK the lounge dragons don't even know the details of how much the PP guest fees are.
