experience with expertflyer

Hello all

anyone have experience with the expert flyer web site? Anyone know what their source of data is? Someone suggested I look at the site for Alitalia award availability. Their site shows loads of availability but when I phone Alitalia they have none.

I am wondering if it is worth the money to subscribe to them.

thanks
