Without date flexibility, your chances for being able to do this for even vaguely reasonable numbers of DL miles (using DL and partner flights) are vanishingly small.

DL serves DXB nonstop. BKK to ATL would require a connection at NRT on DL, possibly also PDX, SEA, LAX, MSP, DTW, JFK to get availability. You could also route to DXB through Europe (CDG, AMS, LHR) and use partners such as CZ or MU through China and LAX for the TPAC return. I'm not sure how DXB-BKK would route on SkyTeam, perhaps with a connection in China or Vietnam?

Thanks for the reply!

Dates are flexible for the month of May! Should have been more clear, sorry. Would like to spend the amount of days in each city.

I have no problem flying to JFK, or ORD, or somewhere else to get on an international carrier.

figured you guys would know where i could transfer amex points to marriott points to etc.

thanks!!

Your Marriott points are transferrable as follows:
http://www.marriott.com/rewards/usepoints/morerew.mi
They do not transfer 1 to 1, but 300k Marriott points will equal about 100,000 miles depending on the airline.

Delta will not have one way awards until 2015. You will only be able to book stopovers until 1/1/15. So if you book after 1/1/15, you would need to book as three separate awards.

You almost definitely do not have enough points to book a first-class roundtrip award on any airline.
