Yes: 70K AA miles for the roundtrip in Economy, using CX/JL. You must call AA to book, as aa.com cannot display award seats on either of these partner carriers.

CHI-Philippines for 95k SkyPesos isn't a bad deal if you can get it.
70K via AA/CX/JL is a better overall deal but if you have a lot of skymiles I'd use them up.
