I need your help
Hello! I am new here and I need your help.
I live in Japan now and am thinking about to earn mileage to take trip to Africa,South america and Hawaii in the future.
Which airline company's credit card should I make and use to earn the mileage?
is there any good programs for my goal?

I would see what airlines fly to the destinations you want to include on the trip, after figuring that out, I would then focus on the cards that will get you most points for those airlines.

Much of the discussion about credit card sign up bonus is about credit cards issued in the USA. Where I live (Australia) these are not as common. May be the same in Japan. Can you apply for a USA credit card as a US citizen/resident?
You can/may earn & burn miles from a freq flyer program on the airline & its partner airlines.
Keeping the trip (or trips?) in 1 alliance will help
