I’ve posted quite a bit on this forum already but haven’t introduced myself. You may call me Jey, I’m a 40-something woman living in the UK (South of London). I work for the railway and travel enough (in my own splendid company) to be BA Silver and Hilton Honors Diamond. I spent a good chunk of my life in Denmark and am a citizen of three countries.

I’m not married, have no children, and my main hobbies are creating itineraries, writing (fiction), photography, and all this flying business.

I can mainly be found in the vicinity of the following airports: LHR, CPH, BLL, SFO, FRA.

Hi all, I've ony recently found this place after seeing recommendations all over the place. You can call me Nick :)
Driven mostly by the desire for me and my wife to fairly frequently fly comfortably over to US (my step-son has recently emigrated there to marry a lass from NC,) I started trawling round looking for the best way to get some kind of FF status. The info here isnt the easiest to find but I got there eventually. In the process I got to find a pretty interesting community. Its spurred me on to do more travel now I'm retired, never had the time during work years. So I hope to mostly lurk and occasionally ask dumb questions.

I just discovered FlyerTalk and this seems to be just the place I'm looking for! I had flown very few times in my life until I started a new job two years ago that has me flying more for business. Being inexperienced, I missed out on a lot of opportunities I was unaware of. Moving forward, I intend to maximize my rewards on the expenses I already have, and hopefully travel even more.

Italian but moved to the us a couple of years back. Subscribed because I was gifted a GOH from my friend with both of us not reading the ToS (yes, lesson learned for both of us) and I did not understand how to apply it. Just looking here helped me out figure that the stay must be completed by expiration date. Nevermind, since I am new to awards (racked up points but never used them honestly) I am still trying to navigate among them :)

Hi everyone! Long time (Oops; checked and joined almost 8 months ago) lurker here. Been reading different forums almost daily trying to soak info and get acquainted to all possible useful info available shared by community. Currently don’t have any status at any alliance although did fly work related quite a lot pre-Covid.
