Which airline, which class (DXB-CCU return)??

Which airline, which class (DXB-CCU return)??
I have checked fares with Kingfisher, Jet, and Air India between DXB and CCU. All have a stopover of several hours so I am thinking about Business Class instead of economy.
Any comments about (Business class) lounges in CCU and stopover points (DEL, or Bangalore, or Mumbay)?
For a long stopover, Business class lounges make life easy, BUT how about lounges in India?

Does KF interline with CX? Purely from an ease of process point of view, I'd say either Jet or Air India, and between the two, Jet. Particularly if you're flying business. Jet's Mumbai lounge is pretty good, and going by flight duration, Mumbai may be a better stopover option (I haven't specifically checked this out, but am going by intuition). I am over 6'4" tall and have discovered the comfort of both Premium Economy and Business class. The only way I will now fly economy is to take 2 or 3 medically prescribed "Tylenol 3" painkillers for the pain in my knees....
That said, EK flights on the days I can fly are over 3500 AED in ECONOMY with questionable seat pitch (hello Tylenol 3s), AND I cannot fly on my best day.
AI flies on exactly the day I want and Business class is about 2800 AED. BUT, unlike EK, AI and the other mentioned airlines have longish stopovers....
Time is time and money is money. Money cannot buy back time, nor healthy pain-free knees. AI business versus EK economy is a no-brainer in spite of long stop overs in DEL
Back to my original queation :-) What about the lounge situation for AI (or??)Business class?
