Does KF interline with CX? Purely from an ease of process point of view, I'd say either Jet or Air India, and between the two, Jet. Particularly if you're flying business. Jet's Mumbai lounge is pretty good, and going by flight duration, Mumbai may be a better stopover option (I haven't specifically checked this out, but am going by intuition).
