BOM T2 Adani lounge access?
Is it possible to purchase access to the Adani business class lounge in the BOM international departures terminal? I have access via my airline (SQ J), but a friend departing on a flight at at around the same time does not. I wonder if purchased access is an option, and how much it costs.

Purchased access is definitely an option as I've often seen people in line paying to get it. But I would have no idea what the cost would be.

I don't think you can buy access to Adani lounge in the international departures in Mumbai. Entry is based on invite card from airline. Now, I've had instances where the BA staff at check-in allowed me 2 guests to business side - I gave up access to First(OWE status). I doubt SQ will give bend any rules. They send Star Golds to Loyalty Lounge
For domestic, some Indian (no Priority Pass) cards provide access to Adani lounge
