Observation About immigration
I observed that the immigration officers in DEL sit in an open space so everybody should see them (unlike other countries where each officer sits in its own cubicle)....
Let me ask you, why do you think the setting is that way?
I have my own conclusion but I am curious if others also noticed that......

Every indian airport has a different setup. I must say since they set up the BoI (http://www.immigrationindia.nic.in/) system things look and feel much better. The officers are still local state police but the uniform and aproach has been toned down.
