9W vs. IT

9W vs. IT
I have a client traveling BOM-GOI in April. What are the differences between the 9W and IT products? Or should we consider another carrier? She's connecting on OS from VIE/ORD.

What class? I've done this route multiple times on many carriers. You can't go wrong with either IT or 9W. I usually pick IT for the IFE, porter to help with luggage at checkin and EQMs earning on Northwest WorldPerks. 9W has an advantage when it comes to the early morning (~6am) flight since IT doesn't have a flight at that time.
