But I just checked out the seat arrangement, and it is indeed quite nice! ^

I'm actually beginning to feel proud of an Indian airline, hope 9W & IT do so well and force the shame of India (AI) into the ground unless it is privatised.
Is the 15.4" TV in C an industry first? BA seems to have 10.4" IIRC.

(I also don't want to fly the new SQ biz class, as it's not long enough for my legs)

I wish they would join an alliance!
The new F suite looks amazing.
I've flown to KIX in EK's F suite and loved it. 9W look as if they've improved on EK's F by offering a buddy seat. The materials furnishing the seat/suite are also is an improvement on EK's F (the gold and grey wasn't to my liking).
I flew J on 9W BOM-MAA-CMB and was totally blown away by the service.
Now all I need to do is figure out how to get a relatively cheap F fare.

BOM-BRU (4 coupons, similar to BOM-LHR flights)
BRU-EWR (4 coupons)
However, they have always been quite "conservative" with these coupons, and I hope that they change the redemption procedure, as their reward travel requirements are almost double what SQ charges for reward flights!

(He'll get 5 upgrade coupons every time he does that!)I guess there are some guys out there that practically *live* on board...I wouldn't want to, even though I bag bulkhead aisle seats in Y almost all the time....it's still uncomfortable!

Update - 773-ER To Fly BOM-LHR-BOM on 5 May 2007.
Jet Airways is advertising a 5 May 2007 commencement of First Class services on the BOM-LHR-BOM route, with BOM-BRU-EWR (NYC?) on 5 August 2007. ^
5 May is confirmed showing F, A in Sabre (no aircraft designation mentioned), during the day flight (9w118)
They must have received deliveries of the planes earlier than expected, and want to put them to use...

I read that one can earn AA miles on Air Sahara....not EQM's but now that Air Sahara has been bought by Jet....can one earn AA miles when flying on Jet or is it only on Jetlite?

If it becomes a 9W-code, then it's bets off faster.

Interesting... the full EK type F suite in the 773 and the latest from Recaro in the 332 Y. Good job. However I frown when I imagine the complete 332 Y cabin full of my fellow countrymen...

No herringbone layout in Club World for BA. Although there is in FIRST.
