The new color scheme is not to my liking....they could have extended the new graphics from the forward to the after section, under the blue trim...new font too benign... |
Looks like a new C as well...herringbone would imply seats like VS/NZ, wouldn't it?

However, I prefer the current layout on the Airbuses, with the SAA biz seats - these are absolutely the best, if you are traveling with a companion....if not, I guess the "herringbone" layout is better...lot of privacy, and you can sleep... (but they are not long enough for me :( ) I have no idea why only 30 biz seats - they should have added more biz, less economy, but I think they will make enough out of the economy folks too! ;) And upon further observation, they are copying SQ to the hilt (for F)! |

The new livery is not very good, but definitely better than the old livery. I sincerely hope 9W hasn't introduced the same yellow/orange colors in their new cabin crew uniforms. That would be the absolute worst. On a side note, Air Sahara's new name would be Jetlite
The women are wearing **bright** yellow, and men dark blue, according to the GIF file (now absent from the e-mail), and this is *after* the DEL customer service rep was commenting on how awful the "old" (10 years ago?) yellow ones were, which used to get dirty immediately.... So, I guess we have to wait and watch.... |

New Cabin Crew Uniforms
Here's a link to the new cabin crew uniforms. I just couldn't look at the image without blinking my eyes. Yellow looks so bright and glaring. That's too much yellow. IMO, yellow is a wrong choice for cabin crews. The new employee uniform sporting a traditional Indian saree looks much better.

Make sure you bring your sunglasses everyone! PS: The second image you quoted, was the JetLite (Sahara) uniform, I think... |

Exactly, and just like BA as well..
http://www.newclubworld.com If anything seating is in a 'ying-yang' layout. The revamp does sound interesting though, about time OW courted them and brought them on-board, although having never flown on them they appear to be a quality airline and the trip reviews i've read here FT have seemed positive. That being said it sounds as though they are using VS' business class seats and the SQ First class seats, bearing that in mind perhaps they are closer to *A? :( |

The F seat looks more like EK's private cabin - look at the door on the left of the image...
